The right people for every phase of your program.
For decades, operators across the onshore United States have relied on Eagle Rock to put experienced people on location.
Not just a consulting firm. A project partner.
A true partner to the operators and consultants we serve
Eagle Rock is a consulting firm with deep roots in the field. Before we propose a single person, we take the time to understand your program: the basin, the design, the phase of work, and what it will take to run it safely and on schedule.
You are not receiving a name pulled from a database. You are getting a professional we know personally, selected by people who have supervised the same work.

Earned on location
Decades of drilling, completions, and production programs, run for operators across the onshore United States. That experience is what you are hiring when you call us.
The expertise your program needs, exactly when it needs it
Development programs call for senior technical leadership in bursts. For years, operators have relied on us to provide it when the phase demands it and to stand down when it does not.
- We scope the work with you first. Understanding the requirement is how we make sure the person who arrives is the one your program actually calls for.
- Senior people, personally vetted. Every consultant we field has been assessed by someone who has supervised the same work.
- One agreement, contracted day rates. No burdened headcount, no severance exposure, no idle bench on your books.
- A partner stays with the job. Questions are handled directly by the partner who scoped your work.
Work worthy of your experience
You know the difference between an agency that treats you like a line item and a firm run by people who have done the job themselves. That difference is why experienced hands keep working with us.
You will know the rate structure before you commit to anything, with no games on the spread.
Rate, schedule, and payment terms are in writing before you mobilize, and we honor them.
Work matched to your disciplines and basins. You are a name to us, not a number in a database.
Asked before most first calls
Short answers to what operators ask us most. Anything not covered here, just call and ask.
How fast can you respond to a request?
Your call or email reaches a partner and is answered the same business day. We can usually scope the work in that first conversation, and because our bench is deep, the right person is often available within days rather than weeks.
How do rates and contracting work?
Your consultants work under a single master service agreement with Eagle Rock at contracted day rates. Rates, terms, and scope are stated in writing before anyone mobilizes, so there is no burdened headcount and no severance exposure on your side. You can read more about how we work with operators.
Are your consultants insured?
Yes. Our consultants work under Eagle Rock's agreement and insurance program, and we are glad to provide documentation to your procurement team during onboarding.
What happens if a consultant is not the right fit?
Tell the partner who scoped your work and we will make it right. We stay close to every engagement after mobilization, so questions and issues are handled directly by someone who already knows your program.
Where do you work?
We have offices in Dallas, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and we have staffed onshore programs across the major United States basins for years. Our coverage spans the full well lifecycle, from drilling and completions through production.
Start with a conversation
Tell us the basin, the phase of work, and the timeline. We will tell you who the program needs and when they can be on location.
